Brand Marketing SpecialistWe're seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the execution of a large-scale, multi-channel brand campaign across the U.S. This role is focused on program and project management within marketing, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand strategy. This is an execution-driven role—ideal for someone who thrives in coordination, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration rather than strategy or creative development.ResponsibilitiesExecute and coordinate a multi-channel brand campaign across paid, owned, and earned mediaDevelop, manage, and maintain the master campaign timeline using AirtableTranslate campaign strategy into clear workstreams, milestones, and deliverablesTrack dependencies across media channels (paid media, email, social, demand generation)Identify risks and escalate issues with recommended solutionsAgency & Publisher CoordinationServe as the day-to-day contact for media agencies and key publishersCoordinate media plan inputs, asset requirements, deadlines, and launch readinessEnsure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and publisher specificationsConsolidate internal feedback and manage agency revision cyclesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal marketing teams to align paid, owned, and earned media effortsSupport campaign intake, channel alignment, and scope definitionCoordinate execution for campaign-related events and "surround sound" media effortsAssist with limited copywriting as neededRequired QualificationsProven experience executing multi-channel brand marketing campaignsStrong project/program management skills within a marketing environmentExperience managing timelines, stakeholders, and campaign execution workflowsAdvanced expertise in PowerPoint (Expert level required)Familiarity with project management tools, preferably AirtableAbility to work cross-functionally with agencies, internal teams, and media partnersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and execution focusPreferred QualificationsExperience working with large-scale brand campaigns or brand refresh initiativesExposure to coordination across Tier 1 and Tier 2 media publishersBasic copywriting skills for marketing content support
