You'll also have opportunities to interact with clients, understand hiring needs, and help turn requirements into successful placements.What You'll Bring2–4 years of recruiting experience in a staffing/agency environment preferredStrong headhunting and active sourcing skillsExperience recruiting in IT, Healthcare, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Construction, and/or LegalExcellent LinkedIn, Boolean, ATS, and job-board skillsStrong candidate screening and relationship-building skillsConfident communication, negotiation, and client-dealing abilitiesAbility to manage multiple openings and deliver qualified candidates quicklyBachelor's degree requiredWhy This Role? xhyhwjd This isn't a "post and wait" recruiting job.
