This role helps ensure compliance with university standards, accurate asset tracking, and documentation for the Project Management Office.**Responsibilities Related to Purpose*** Maintain accurate records of software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals by utilizing the asset management software and procurement software* Track software purchase requests and ensure alignment with IT Security and Procurement renewal policies* Review Coupa purchase requisitions to verify correct categorization, documentation, and compliance* Monitor upcoming software renewals and notify stakeholders as outlined in internal procedures* Assist with maintaining the software asset inventory and updating system records regularly* Collaborate with IT teams and requestors to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information for purchase reconciliation* Assist with hardware inventory operations as needed* Support process improvements related to software asset management and procurement workflows* Other duties as assigned**Equipment Used*** Windows Computer* Microsoft Office* TeamDynamix (IT Management System)* Coupa (Procurement Software)**Qualifications*** Understanding of basic asset management or procurement processes* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to interpret and follow policy guidelines* Strong communication skills – verbal and written* Proficient with MS Office Suite* Experience with procurement systems or software asset management tools preferred, but not required**Student Worker Eligibility Requirements**Grand Canyon University is committed to a student-first policy.To be considered for student employment, applicants must:* Be enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program* Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA (Bachelor’s) or 3.0 GPA (Master’s)* Remain in good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University* Falling below these requirements may result in termination.**Pay Rate: Minimum Wage** **Anticipated End Date:** June 30, 2027GCU's Christian worldview has shaped the university's mission and growth for more than 65 years.
