The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service. What you'll doManage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.Ensure application of best practice on all projects.Production of formal project status reports and other reports as requiredMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly.Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviewsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteriaProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholdersRapid response to RFIs from the fieldProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where requiredIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.Strategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are captured.Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.Must have a minumum of 5 years experience in the construction industry.Must have 2 years of healthcare construction experience.Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader teamEffective presentation skillsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management toolsStrong communication skills.Healthcare construction preferred.Additional Information*SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs* Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
