This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and ownership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finishManage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationAssist with project schedules, budgets, projections, and forecastingCoordinate subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activitiesReview drawings, specifications, and project documentsPartner with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Consultants to maintain project momentumMonitor project costs and assist with financial reportingParticipate in OAC meetings and project coordination meetingsHelp identify and mitigate project risksEnsure compliance with company safety and quality standardsSupport project closeout and turnover processesQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor building Groundup MultifamilyMust have Groundup Multifamily experience having worked on Apartments and/or Condo buildsCurrent experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, or Project EngineerGround-up multifamily construction experience requiredExperience building apartments, condominium, wrap, podium, mixed-use, or garden-style multifamily projectsExperience with RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals RequiredStrong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencingUnderstanding of project budgets, scheduling, and cost controlStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhy Join Us?Work for a respected multifamily builder with a strong reputation and project pipelineClear career path to Project ManagerExposure to large-scale, high-profile apartment and condominium developmentsCollaborative culture and supportive team focused on mentorship, good communication, and professional growthLong-term stability with a company that continues to expand throughout the SouthwestBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsHighly Competitive Base Salary + Bonus: 105k-135k depending on experience, plus bonus401(k) MatchVehicle AllowanceCell Phone AllowanceGas CardFull Medical, Dental & Vision CoverageGenerous PTO PackageFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
