Warehouse Operations AssociateLandover, MDFull-Time | 40 Hours/WeekBe the person who keeps everything moving.Renuity is one of the nation's fastest-growing home improvement companies, bringing together trusted brands across the country to transform homes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure our production and installation teams have the materials they need to get the job done right and on time.If you're hands-on, organized, dependable, and like staying busy, this is an opportunity to build your skills and grow with a fast-moving company.What You'll DoLoad and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment.Receive, organize, and stage materials for daily jobs.Pick and prepare hardware, accessories, and job materials.Build pallets and prepare outbound shipments.Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, restocking, and cycle counts.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.Partner with production, installation, and supply chain teams to keep everything moving.What We're Looking For1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.Forklift certification or willingness to get certified.Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and stay active throughout the day.Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude.Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.The Bottom Line: You're someone who takes pride in doing things right, likes hands-on work, and wants to be part of a growing company where your work directly impacts the customer experience.Ready to get moving?
