Position Title: Client Experience Associate (Front of House) Position Overview We are seeking a polished and highly professional Client Experience Associate to serve as the front-of-house ambassador for our privately owned fine jewelry house. This role is the first and lasting impression of the brand. It requires a calm, confident presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine ability to make clients feel welcomed, understood, and valued. You will manage the flow of the showroom, support the sales team, and ensure that every client interaction reflects the discretion, service, and refinement synonymous with a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients entering the showroom Manage secure and seamless client entry, ensuring a warm and professional welcome Answer and direct calls, manage appointment scheduling, and handle inbound inquiries with accuracy and discretion Coordinate repair intake and collection, maintaining meticulous records and clear client communication Partner closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless, elevated client journey from arrival to departure Maintain a pristine and highly organized front-of-house environment at all times Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to leadership Uphold the brand’s standards of presentation, discretion, and service excellence Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-touch client-facing roles Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence and presence Polished, professional presentation aligned with a luxury brand environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Technologically confident (POS, scheduling tools, CRM systems) Discreet, reliable, and trusted to handle sensitive client interactions Naturally service-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset What We Offer $22 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and level of polish Two weeks paid time off A collaborative, respectful, and high-standard working environment Direct exposure to an experienced, privately owned fine jewelry business Opportunity to develop within a luxury client experience and sales environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Ballantyne Jewelers
