Job Description

Who We Are:

We believe a workplace food program is something employees should love and look forward to every day. Powered by technology and a network of over 2,000 restaurants, Fooda feeds hungry people at work through our ongoing food programs located within companies and office buildings. Every day, each Fooda location is served by a different restaurant that comes onsite and serves fresh lunch from their chef’s unique menu. Fooda operates in over 20 major US cities and continues its expansion across the United States. Eight out of ten employees believe Fooda is one of their company’s top perks.

• Keep service areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces clean and organized before, during, and after events
• Monitor restaurant setups to ensure Fooda standards for presentation, cleanliness, and overall experience are consistently met
• Problem-solve onsite issues such as late restaurant arrivals, missing or incorrect items, equipment needs, and other service challenges
• Learn and confidently use Fooda’s technology, systems, and standard operating procedures
• Communicate issues and updates to the Operations Manager and escalate when additional support is needed
• Jump in wherever needed to ensure every event runs smoothly and customers and restaurant partners have a great experience

This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable being on your feet, setting up and breaking down service areas, moving supplies and equipment, cleaning, and pitching in wherever needed.
