Member Experience Specialist

YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South

YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South is seeking a part-time Membership Associate to deliver excellent service to members, guests and program participants in our Memphis branch. You will promote memberships and programs, and help maintain a welcoming lobby area. The role involves interviewing and touring prospective members, selling memberships, building relationships, and handling membership concerns while following YMCA policies.
