Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened clients, specifically targeting low-acuity needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for discussion.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, regularly adapting these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that inform treatment strategies and assist in understanding client histories and challenges.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment modalities, and progress in compliance with organizational policies and state guidelines.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing insights into client needs and collaborating on integrated treatment approaches.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and other digital tools to streamline communication and ensure accurate monitoring of client progress.

• Support and facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering group cohesion and encouraging peer support among participants.

This role primarily involves providing telehealth services to individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or related credential.

• Proven proficiency in using technology, particularly with Google Suite and EHR systems, to manage client records and communications effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally with a focus on virtual therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Travis Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
