Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, fostering an open and safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

• Guide clients in establishing and achieving their therapeutic goals by providing tailored strategies based on individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current independent LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license without any limitations or disciplinary actions.

• Excellent communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or online therapy environments is preferred, although all experience levels will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on your level of experience and hours worked. We offer a sign-on bonus as well as a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. In addition, you will receive weekly direct deposit for your earnings, ensuring prompt access to your income.
