Our practice operates with extended hours from 7 am to 10 pm daily, allowing you to design a schedule that best fits your lifestyle and personal commitments. You will have full support from our administrative staff, allowing you to focus solely on your caseload and therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to determine each patient’s unique trauma history and tailor appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery, ensuring they promote resilience and healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in their recovery journey.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to process their experiences while equipping them with practical coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, holistic care tailored to patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for trauma-related emergencies when necessary.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources to empower their understanding and recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy and safety.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 yearly, complemented by guaranteed annual increases and bonus opportunities.
