Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, you will:

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and determine readiness for eventual discharge if applicable.

• Create, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients and their families.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment summaries for each client.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments when required, ensuring accurate client histories for effective treatment planning.

• Engage in a specified number of individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of youth.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical practice and ensure effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
