Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and supportive environment for discussion and healing.

• Document clinical records accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, engaging in case conferences and treatment planning as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. You will provide support to a diverse array of clients, many of whom are navigating challenges such as trauma, substance use disorders, and family dynamics. Your role will be vital in building rapport and fostering a therapeutic alliance, empowering clients through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong grounding in legal and ethical practices related to mental health care.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of clients, fostering trust and respect.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Your administrative workload will be reduced through our support with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care.
