Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress through personalized therapeutic techniques.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to tackle relationship dynamics and communication challenges, fostering healthier interpersonal connections.

• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situations and objectives, incorporating appropriate interventions and measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and coping strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Deliver education to clients and families about mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping strategies to enhance understanding and support.

• Ensure all client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, are maintained accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
