Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand client needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on comprehensive treatment plans for mutual clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting a diverse client population, including adults and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. By offering remote therapy, you will extend critical mental health services to individuals who may have previously encountered barriers to receiving care, ensuring they have access to the emotional support they need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
