Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, cultivating strong therapeutic alliances through active listening, empathy, and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, availability for upcoming appointments, and plan for successful discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including comprehensive progress notes and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with best practices and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to extend comprehensive care and support for clients, integrating feedback and insights from multidisciplinary team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Omnicare, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and families experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Your role will be significant in providing therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of clinical outpatient experience is required, demonstrating ability in providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with systems such as Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY is essential for efficient documentation and communication.

• Strong experience in conducting intake assessments and delivering individual therapy sessions is vital.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation is structured under a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections with no waiting period for reimbursements.
