Human Resources Coordinator

This onsite Human Resources Coordinator role supports HR operations in a long-term care setting with a focus on payroll accuracy and day-to-day HR coordination. Responsibilities Coordinate and process payroll accurately and on schedule for all staff members Assist with onboarding new employees, including completion of required documentation and support for orientation procedures Support HR initiatives across employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy within HR systems Field employee questions related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices in human resources management for a long-term care environment Support recruitment by posting open roles and screening candidates as needed Assist with organizing training sessions, staff meetings, and other HR-related events Help ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and organizational policies Requirements Prior experience working in an HR department is required Demonstrated experience with payroll processing is essential Knowledge of human resources practices specific to long-term care settings is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Proficiency with HRIS systems or payroll software is advantageous Technologies HRIS systems Payroll software Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location and Pay Location: Bryn Mawr, PA (onsite) Work mode: In person Hourly pay: $25.71 - $30.97 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
