We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to become a part of our dynamic team.

Location and Schedule

• Address: 3540 Jeffco Blvd, Suite 110, Arnold, Missouri 63010
• Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM

Practice Overview

Our practice features a single doctor and utilizes Dentrix software. We offer:

• 60-minute recare appointments and 90-minute sessions for new patients.
• Bi-weekly pay with an option for Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings as you work.
• Opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.
• Access to Arestin, iTero, Velscope, and continuing education coverage.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid dental hygienist license in Missouri.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Ability to address clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles, to be arranged during the pre-employment process. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
