Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AEO and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as necessary. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to a teamwork‑oriented environment. Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays. Passionate about AE and Aerie products. Have prior retail experience. At least 16 years of age.
