BDC Customer Care Specialist
The BDC Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless vehicle buying experience.
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom
Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and promotions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Prior experience in customer service or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
The BDC Customer Care Specialist position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $45,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year paid weekly, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
