Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Plant Finance Job Description The Role We are seekingaSenior Specialistto join our team to supportEntegris' Advanced Purity Solutions Division Operations Finance global consolidation, reporting and analysisbased in Billerica, MA. ThePlant Finance Senior Specialist will provide financial decision supporttoglobalmanufacturing plants and is a key business partner tothe Operations Finance Directorand Operations Leadership Teamswithin our APS Division .The individual will assist withmonthly forecastingand monthly consolidation and reporting,and own specific closing related and forecasting activities. In addition, the Senior Specialist will be responsible for analysis at theDivisional level that provides insights into operational performance.This role will support manufacturing sites inachievingtheir operating and financial plans through data driven analysis and recommendations.The individual will also support Capital Expenditures (CapEx) strategic analysis and execution.This position will report totheOperations Finance Director. This position will be based onsite at least 3 days a week in Billerica, MA. What You'll Do Analyze,understandand interpret financial results; provide insightful and actionable feedback/recommendations for management inidentifyingopportunities for improvement. Supportmonthly/annualforecasting/budgeting; Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational,Division and Corporate goals; Review/explainmanufacturingvariances; Business/Operationsdecisionsupportthrough analysis; Providedata drive analysis and insights todrive accountability; Support preparation, execution and analysis of Capital Expenditures (CapEx) Complete month end close taskssupporting consolidation of Division results,ensuring that financial statements are properlystatedand conform togenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP), Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees. What We Seek Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financewith 3-5yearsexperience; Financialmodeling andanalysis experience; Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Knowledgeofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts; Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills; Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment; Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude; Proficient SAP,Exceland PowerPoint skills; Business Objects and/or SAP BPC a plus; Strong communicationskills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis tonon-financial business partners. Outstanding Candidates Will Have Strong communicationskills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Successful business partnership with site, business unit and division leadership through forecast/budget alignment,timelycommunication of financial results/risks/opportunities and adhoc analyses/modeling support; Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement through identification, vetting, and tracking of improvement projects.
