Factory Production 1st Shift (6:00am to 4:30pm)

As a Factory Production Employee, you play a critical role in the manufacturing process of modular homes. This position involves working in a team-oriented environment to construct homes from the ground up in a controlled factory setting. You will contribute to various phases of production, including framing, plumbing, electrical work, insulation, siding, and interior finishes. Responsibilities Depending on your specialty and the production stage assigned, your responsibilities vary. We have 6 stages of production, each with their own Foreman and dedicated team. Qualifications Skills and knowledge in the construction field is preferred but not required. Working Conditions The role involves mostly indoor production work, but outdoor yard work may be needed.
