Job Description
Career Strategies is currently hiring Leasing Professionals with a great attitude and exceptional customer service for the property management industry. This person will be responsible for various responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
*Maintains a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where future residents and current
residents meet.
*Physically inspects property when on grounds, picks up litter and reports any service needs to maintenance staff.
*Inspects move-outs and vacancies.
Requirements:
*Must have strong transferable skills
*Position requires good leasing and closing skills, and organization skills. *Employee will be required to work a flexible work week including weekends.
