Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Clinical Nurse

Schedule: Flexible to days/evenings/nights & weekends

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 11 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• RN license from any state (AZ state license not required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (required within one year of hire)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within one year of hire)
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification (required within one year of hire)
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification (required within one year of hire)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (must be completed within six months of hire)
• Emergency Severity Index Level 5 training (within three months of hire)
• Patient Sitter Competency Training (upon hire)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to individuals of all ages and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient condition and record observations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health concerns and care plans.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation occurs every two weeks.
• COVID & Flu exemptions may be accepted after decline form submission.
• Housing applications must be submitted two weeks prior to start, based on availability. Shared housing units are available at $600 per month, with no family or pets allowed.
