Bartender

Position Summary FireHorse Saloon is seeking high-energy, experienced bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant country dancehall environment. As a bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and venue standards Deliver outstanding customer service to guests at the bar and throughout the venue Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including restocking supplies and wiping down surfaces Comply with all TABC regulations and FireHorse Saloon policies Assist in inventory control by monitoring product usage and restocking when needed Accurately handle cash, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions Work collaboratively with barbacks, security, and front-of-house staff Monitor guest behavior and assist in maintaining a safe and respectful environment Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age TABC certified prior to first shift Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or nightlife setting preferred Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation $2.13/hour + tips with guaranteed minimum of $15/hour bi-weekly payroll Tip pooling based on hours worked Bi-weekly pay Bonus opportunities for retention and referrals FireHorse Saloon is redefining the nightlife scene in Stafford.
