1. Strong, active business communication skills (risk escalation and stakeholder management).
2. Proven willingness to learn internal tools/programs and execute deep-dive root-cause analysis.
3. Working knowledge of procurement platforms, Basic Microsoft Office (Excel), and technical literacy. Nice to Have
1. Basic engineering knowledge (e.g., actuators, PCBA components).
2. Prior enterprise procurement ERP exposure (Coupa, Oracle, Kinaxis, Teamcenter). Years of experience
Minimum 1 year in a procurement or purchasing role.
Minimum Bachelor's degree required. Workflow
Reviewing daily program deployment schedules at sites.
Ensuring Purchase Orders accurately reflect schedules as the operational source of truth.
Coordinating supplier deliveries against timelines.
Identifying and proactively escalating delivery/supply risks to internal engineering and deployment teams. Key Project
Managing end-to-end procurement activities for at least 3 programs. Acting as the primary procurement point of contact between program teams, hardware/deployment stakeholders, and external suppliers. Issuing POs and ensuring timely equipment deployment. Successful background
