Ads Solutions Engineer, gTech Agency and Partner Engineering

Identify and build a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally.Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals. Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Experience working in the ad space - first party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.Experience working with ad tech products - ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics and understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.Effective project management, people management and leadership skills; problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack.
