Full Stack Developer (Mid to Senior Level) Location: Nashville, TN Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking software professionals who enjoy building scalable applications, developing modern web solutions, integrating cloud technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business solutions. This position is ideal for developers with experience across both front-end and back-end technologies who can contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and enterprise applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces and modern front-end experiences.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Develop and optimize database structures and queries.
• Support cloud-based applications and deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile development teams and sprint activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building both front-end and back-end applications.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL development.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Backend Technologies: C#,.NET /.NET Core, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python
• Front-End Technologies: React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

• Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines

Junior (0-2 years): $70,000 - $95,000

Mid-Level (3-6 years): $100,000 - $130,000

Senior (7+ years): $125,000 - $160,000+

Lead / Principal: $150,000 - $190,000+

Pay Transparency Statement: The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $190,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
