Sales Leasing Manager

Location:VSF Rentals is headquartered near Piqua, Ohio. You'll work out of leasing offices across our portfolio properties throughout the Piqua, Troy, and Sidney area, with your own dedicated workspace at each site. Full-Time Position — Quick Overview: No leasing or real estate experience required. We're looking for someone who's a sales all-star. We have a strong culture built around performance and growth — elite teams aren't hired, they're built. This role owns our entire lead-to-lease funnel across a multi-property portfolio, managing in-person showings and helping us modernize our leasing sales process. If you're organized, proactive, customer-service driven, and love sales, this role is for you.
