Such care is provided in an office, outpatient, or inpatient setting and includes the full and expected mix of patient problems and surgical approaches.Provides consultation on cardiothoracic surgical issues.Completes medical records, coding and billing schedules and forms, and other needed paperwork in a timely fashion.
