Escrow OfficerWe're seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join a reputable Title & Escrow company in Maitland, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in closing real estate transactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage residential and/or commercial real estate closings from start to finishPrepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and all required documentationCoordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth closingsReview title commitments, clear title issues, and ensure all underwriting requirements are metDisburse funds and ensure proper recording of documents post-closingMaintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsProvide top-tier customer service throughout the transaction processRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or CloserIn-depth knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate closing proceduresStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in title software (SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, etc.) preferred
