We are looking for an employee who wants to work with people and enjoys it!

The Member Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mingo Junction, OH. This entry level position is responsible for assisting members with account inquiries, opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and explaining credit union products and services. The role includes answering phone calls and responding to in-person questions in a professional and courteous manner, resolving member issues, and escalating complex matters when needed. The Member Service Representative will also verify member information, maintain accurate records, use computer systems and software to complete daily tasks, and uphold compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with colleagues to support branch goals and deliver consistent, high-quality member service is an important part of the role.
