I opened my agency in January of 2017 after spending 12 years in the financial industry, bringing a strong foundation in business and financial guidance into agency ownership. I graduated from Cadiz High School and earned my degree in Business Administration from West Liberty University. Community involvement is a core value for our office — we proudly sponsor the Steubenville Nutcracker Village, local baseball teams, and 4-H auctions, and I’m an active member of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local organizations and showing up for our community is an important part of how we do business. We’re proud to be recognized locally, including being a 2025 Herald-Star nominee for Best Places to Work. Our agency was also voted Best Insurance Agency in both 2024 and 2025, and was named Best Insurance Agent in 2025. Casie Johnson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
