Healthcare Recruiter

MGA Homecare is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter in Nashville, TN to support hiring and onboarding while partnering with field staff, caregivers, and clients. This onsite role includes recruiting responsibilities, scheduling support, customer service, and adherence to client confidentiality and company policies. Responsibilities Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff. Train new employees and provide orientation support. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Attract applicants through job advertisements, websites, and other sourcing sources. Negotiate salaries with candidates and external employees. Complete requested schedules for staff, pending authorization. Assist external employees with time and attendance issues and verify time sheets against the schedule. Maintain client confidentiality at all times. Rotate shifts as part of the on-call schedule. Schedule new admissions and provide non-clinical information to caregivers. Manage client care schedules. Provide customer service support to both clients and external employees. Perform other duties assigned by the Recruiting Manager. Support and execute the company mission, ethics, and goals effectively, and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner in the company and community. Adhere to the dress code and maintain a clean, neat professional appearance. Report on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time. Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated by the executive team. Requirements High school education; associate’s degree preferred . Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written (additional languages preferred). Previous customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Ability to fit the MGA culture. Ability to pass a background check.
