Location: Irwin Pa
Pay: $18-$22
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM


About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Chemical Operator to support operations in a manufacturing/machine shop environment in Irwin, PA. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting. Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop office is required, and knowledge of metals is a strong plus.

Responsibilities of the Chemical Operator:

• • Set up, operate, monitor, shut down, and clean production equipment in accordance with work orders and process specifications.
  
  
  • Load raw materials into production equipment and unload, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
  
  
  • Perform general production activities, including machine loading/unloading and material handling.
  
  
  • Follow production schedules to meet quality, productivity, and delivery requirements.
  
  
  • Perform Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) flow quality testing for base materials and finished media.
  
  
  • Understand key process variables and their impact on product quality and production yield.
  
  
  • Work with appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve production or media performance issues.
  
  
  • Work with appropriate personnel to identify and resolve media performance issues in a timely manner.

Requirements of the Chemical Operator:

• Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment required
• Knowledge of metals or industrial materials is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
