Production Machinist (full-time, late shifts)

Machinist - Irwin, PA

CHS has partnered with a local manufacturer to find a hands-on Machinist to support their team!This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both manual and CNC equipment, can read blueprints, and knows how to make basic programming edits right at the machine. Shift/Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 2nd shift - 3:00 pm - 12:00 am (Mon-Thurs), 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (Fri)

Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce high-quality parts

Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions to meet production goals

Make basic programming adjustments directly at the machine when needed

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy

Work closely with teammates and jump in where needed to keep production running smoothly

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of machining experience or equivalent technical training

CNC experience or exposure preferred

Basic programming or editing skills at the machine level

Associate's degree in Machining or related field
