CNC Programmer

Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a CNC Programmer for a direct hire onsite opportunity. In this role, you will create CNC programs using Mastercam software and support machining operations across multi-axis mills and lathes. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on CNC programming experience, and the ability to work closely with machinists, production staff, and engineering teams. Responsibilities Create CNC programs using Mastercam software Program CNC machining operations, including milling and turning on multi-axis mills and lathes Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical designs to create accurate machining programs Troubleshoot CNC programs, machining issues, and equipment-related concerns Maintain organized records of CNC programs and machining operations Review machining processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and efficiency Work closely with team members to support quality, accuracy, and production goals Communicate clearly with machinists, supervisors, and other technical staff Qualifications Previous experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role Strong experience using Mastercam software Experience programming CNC mills and lathes Knowledge of multi-axis machining preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes Ability to troubleshoot CNC programs and machining operations Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment CNC Programmer - Mastercam - 26-00448
