CNC Machine OperatorOur client, In Motion Systems Group and Electronic Controls and Motion Division is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing organization supporting precision machining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and quality, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and the drive to learn and improve on the job.Location: Irwin, PAPay Range: $27Shift: 3pm to 12am Monday to Thursday and 4hr day on FridayWhat's the Job?Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers in a precision environment to support daily production goals.Regularly manufacture newly designed parts, including work holding, tooling, and machining strategy selection.Program from scratch or modify similar programs to meet work instructions and documentation requirements.Conduct detailed inspections of machined parts using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and CMM to ensure quality and accuracy.Safely operate machine tools and perform hand operations, while completing routine maintenance tasks such as managing coolant and controlling chip removal.What's Needed?Knowledge of CNC programming code.Working knowledge of manual machines, including saw, lathe, or mill.Proficiency in shop math and the ability to interpret blueprints.Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.Strong safety mindset, organization, and the ability to stay organized while keeping the work area clean.What's in it for me?Work in a precision manufacturing environment where quality and safety matter every day.Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across quality, safety, cost, and on-time delivery through High Performance Teams.Chance to grow your CNC skills through programming, setup, inspection, and program adjustments.Supportive team culture focused on belonging, inclusion, and empowerment.Clear operational expectations using standard work, Day by Hour, Team Improvement Board, and other metrics.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
