Appalachian Tree Care LLC is seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to support our growing field operations. This part-time role will assist with scheduling, payroll, invoicing, employee documentation, QuickBooks, project files, customer communication, and day-to-day office coordination.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay organized across multiple projects, and help keep crews, paperwork, and deadlines moving efficiently. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, scheduling, payroll, or construction/service operations is preferred.
