Construction Assistant Project Manager
Full-Time | Permanent
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction project management or project engineering experience.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, document control, and project closeout.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent construction experience will be considered.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the day-to-day execution of commercial, institutional, and public construction projects.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing logs, and project documentation.
- Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and coordination of project activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and field communications.
- Track project costs, review invoices, and help maintain budget compliance.
- Prepare project reports and assist with project closeout documentation.
- Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to keep projects moving.
