Director, Global Legal & Compliance

Laticrete International Inc

A global construction company is seeking a Director, Legal to act as a sole legal advisor overseeing legal affairs, compliance, and risk management. This remote role requires strong leadership and judgment, with responsibilities including managing legal matters, advising on corporate governance, and ensuring adherence to local regulations. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate, bar membership, and 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a global manufacturing context.
