Medical-Surgical Telemetry Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical-Surgical Telemetry Float Pool Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, floating between multiple floors as needed.

Job Details

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- BLS Certification
- NIHSS
Scheduling Notes: 2 weekends per 4 weeks and holidays as needed.

Role Responsibilities

Float to various telemetry units and medical-surgical floors as assigned.
Monitor and manage patients' telemetry needs effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and families regarding their health conditions.

Work Environment

This position allows nurses to explore a variety of clinical settings across different floors, ensuring a dynamic work experience. Located near beautiful national parks and outdoor recreational areas, enjoy access to lakes and farmers markets. The role offers a chance for day trips to nearby towns, enhancing work-life balance.
