Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized consultations

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and texture services

• Recommend professional home care and retail products

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

• Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and follow-up

• Participate in salon education, team meetings, and growth initiatives

• Uphold salon standards, policies, and guest experience expectations

Qualifications

• Current California Cosmetology License

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Passion for continuing education and professional growth

• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

• Experience with color services, highlighting, and styling preferred but not required
