Overview Job Description: Project Management Associate Location: Pleasanton, California (Candidates must be based in or around Bay Area) Type: Full-time Responsibilities Serving as the main point of contact for customers during project execution with the goal to obtain the highest customer satisfaction rating Developing project timelines for each project working with installers and managing payment schedules Setting clear expectations with customers, installers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle Liaising with installers to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction Taking complete responsibility for customer payments — including follow-ups, ensuring work completion, and closure of all financial commitments Maintaining accurate records of payments, project updates, and customer communications Coordinating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve project-related challenges Developing and improving processes for project tracking, payment management, and customer experience Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Based in or around Bay Area, California, with flexibility to travel locally to customer sites and banks 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates with the right attitude will also be considered) Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with customers and partners Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Self-starter with a “go the extra mile” attitude and strong sense of ownership Comfortable managing financial processes (payment follow-ups, cheque handling, and record-keeping) Preferred: Experience working in renewable energy, construction, or related industries Experience working with contractors for solar or related construction Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Exposure to project management tools and agile processes What We Offer Competitive compensation package Reimbursement for all manager-approved business travel Opportunity to work in a growing, dynamic company with a collaborative team Hands-on exposure to project management, customer interaction, and ownership responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
