Key responsibilities: Handle pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman cases and related disputes. Provide strategic counseling on intellectual property and patent portfolio management. Conduct and oversee legal research, discovery, and brief drafting in complex IP matters. Collaborate with partners and cross‑disciplinary teams in multiple jurisdictions. Engage in trial preparation, client strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in patent litigation, particularly in pharmaceutical or life sciences disputes. Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
