Mid-Level Bio/Pharm Patent Litigation Associate

Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of solid patent litigation experience, including researching and drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion papers. Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries is required. Exceptional writing skills are a must . Advanced degree in Biology/Biological Sciences or related degree preferred. Whether enforcing IP rights or defending against infringement or trade secret misappropriation accusations, our litigation teams know the procedural intricacies and calculated risks to consider in business disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, advertising, and trade secrets. The base annual pay range for this role is between $260,000 - $365,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.
