Warehouse AdminA high-volume manufacturing operation is seeking two temporary Warehouse Admins to keep production materials, pallets, inventory records, and warehouse transactions accurate across weekend operations. This role works directly with Production, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Distribution, and warehouse teams to prevent material shortages, resolve WMS/SAP discrepancies, and keep the shift moving safely and efficiently.The best fit has at least three years of plant or manufacturing experience, strong hands-on inventory-control skills, and confidence working in both a warehouse management system and SAP. This is an active floor-support role for someone who can investigate variances, shift priorities quickly, communicate across departments, and provide calm leadership during a 12.5-hour weekend shift.Location: Fort Worth, TXShift: Friday-Sunday. One day-shift opening, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM; one night-shift opening, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM. Eligibility, plan details, waiting periods, and employee costs will be confirmed during onboarding.ResponsibilitiesVerify raw-material availability against production schedules, code dates, approved substitutions, and last-minute schedule changes.Validate pallets produced and raw-material usage or loss; partner with the WMS specialist to reconcile discrepancies.Order materials not managed by Procurement and confirm inventory for unplanned production demands.Support Quality Assurance with nonconforming materials, returns, PO reversals, quantity reconciliation, and vendor communication.Perform physical counts and reconcile differences between physical inventory, WMS, and SAP.Compile daily and weekly packaging usage and coordinate supplier reconciliation.Help operators resolve WMS issues, relocations, task changes, and production-priority changes.Trace raw materials and production records when researching product or consumer complaints.Reconcile Production pallets against Distribution receipts.Maintain metrics, communicate failures to standard, and perform root-cause analysis.Coordinate shift activity, 5S, cleaning tasks, GMP compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.Review payroll and, when authorized, document attendance, performance, safety, GMP, or policy corrective actions.QualificationsAt least three years of plant or manufacturing experience.Hands-on inventory control, physical counting, variance research, and recordkeeping experience.Working knowledge of WMS and SAP or a comparable ERP.Availability for weekday training followed by the assigned Friday-Sunday day or night shift.Strong math, computer, analytical, documentation, organization, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle changing production priorities.Demonstrated commitment to GMP, PPE, safety, quality, and plant procedures.Ability to stand and walk on concrete, bend, climb, and repeatedly lift up to 60 pounds during shifts of up to 12.5 hours.Preferred QualificationsFood, beverage, dairy, CPG, or regulated manufacturing experience; raw-material and production-schedule support; lot/code-date traceability; QA holds; pallet reconciliation; 5S, lean, IWS, or root-cause analysis; and shift-lead, coaching, payroll, or corrective-action experience.
