Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry

Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Job Type: Full-time

William W. Professional Staffing  client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time Medical-Surgical/Telemetry position. The RN will provide direct patient care while supporting a safe, compassionate, and collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.

• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

• Administer medications and perform required nursing procedures.

• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care.

• Delegate appropriate duties and supervise assigned clinical staff.

• Follow all nursing, safety, privacy, and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred.

• Current RN license or permit valid in Tennessee.

• At least one year of relevant nursing experience preferred.

• Current BLS certification required upon hire.

• Ability to obtain ACLS, CPI, and PALS certifications within three months of hire.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
