You Have: 5+ years of experience as a tactical human performancedomainspe cia list Experience with health and fitness domains such as exercise physiology, recovery, sleep, fatigue, cognition, and overall performance monitoring Experience translating DoW operational needs into data requirements, analytical models, risks, and actionable insights while working within an interdisciplinary team of coaches, engineers, scientists, and SMEs Experience translating complex bio met ric and neurocognitive markers into commander ‑ relevant insights Knowledge of human performance measures, met rics, thresholds, tools, techniques, and solutions Ability to evaluate data generated by human performance technologies such as wearable sensors, fitness assessments, health systems for applic ability to product capabilities Ability to translate sport science concepts, met hodologies, and best practices to high-risk occupations such as military organizations or high performing tactical athletes Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Master’s degree in a Human Performance field such as Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, Sport & Performance Psychology, or Cognitive Science Nice If You Have: Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and analytical models Ability to build within and utilize data science tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, QLIK, and other COTS tools Doctorate degree in Human Performance, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Performance Psychology, or a related field CMPC Certification NSCA CSCS or CCS Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
